Dr. Ashlyn Collins, DVM

Originally from Macon, Georgia, Dr. Ashlyn Collins is a proud Double Dawg, having earned both her undergraduate degree in Animal Sciences (2020) and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Georgia, graduating in 2025.

Growing up around horses, Ashlyn developed a deep love for large animals early on and spent her youth riding and showing in the Hunter/Jumper circuit. Her lifelong passion for horses-including her own, Windy, Herbie, and Tuscany-has been a driving force in her veterinary journey. She was honored with the Field Service Award, presented to a senior student who demonstrates exceptional clinical proficiency and a genuine interest in large animal medicine.

When she's not working, Ashlyn enjoys spending time riding, relaxing with her two dogs-Mako and Levi-and being with friends and family, and watching college football (Go Dawgs)!
